Subject: Month-end close September, receipts by Wednesday 7 October

Hi all

We close September next week. Please send any missing receipts for expenses and company cards by Wednesday 7 October.

Remember that a receipt for a meal must show the purpose and who was there, or I cannot book it. The policy is on the intranet if you are in doubt.

I have 10 receipts registered for September right now. Have a look at the list if you have paid for something yourself.
